Career Pivot from Architecture to Prop Trading

I have a masters degree in Architecture. Realized architecture isn't for me and have a real passion for trading. I'm 27 and trying to become a prop trader. I am finding it hard to find a company that will give me a chance. It seems most places are either hiring straight out of school or looking for quant traders that know how to code. I fit neither of those categories. I have an offer from T3.
1. What are your thoughts on T3? I have developed a trading strategy and am confident I can trade successfully, but T3 seems very risky.
2. Do you have any company recommendations?
3. Do you have any advice for me?
