Chances of entering IB
Hi all,
I am a current student at a Red Brick University and wanting some advice on pursuing a career in Investment Banking.
I have a relatively strong CV. This includes a achieving a first in my second year with a Treasury internship in a large family company with multiple one week work experiences at top financial firms (BNP, Mercer and other investment managers). However, none of which are within the role of investment banking.
I just wanted to know what peoples thoughts are as I constantly feel that I have not done enough or that I need an internship at an Investment Bank to achieve this path. However, maybe this pressure is based from things portrayed on social media.
