On paper, Evercore is the best choice, but if you liked the culture at Citi, chose that.

Things to consider:

Class Size: Citi FT seems to be ~50, EVR ~20

Av Deal Team Size: Citi seems to be 15+ vs EVR 10 (if not 5) per deal. I prefer smaller teams meaning that I can have more responsibility.

Industry strength: EVR seem to be strong in FIG while Citi industrial etc (ask others as not 100%)

Culture: You've been at both.

Pay: EVR are known to pay more + do (usually) a NYC trip.....

Comments from people that work there: All my EVR friends seem to have enjoyed it while Citi mates not so much

Best of luck.

Which converts greater percentages of their interns? thats the bank i'd go with, given they are both household names and you'll have no problem securing an exit after an analyst stint (If you have citi on your cv, you can also easily move over to evercore if you wanted to; vice versa as well) However, most important would be securing the ft role.
