Closure and Unhealthy Emotions for no RO

Jumping right in,

I did not receive a RO from this past summer and am having serious trouble getting over it. I put in my all and was told I was a top SA, but like many others at my bank, was generically told "current market" made headcount tough even though they eventually recruited full timers. I have faced rejection before but can't help feeling like I was fucked over. Even though I successfully recruited into a different, yet unoptimal role (which I am thankful for considering this market and other SA's still recruiting), I recognize that this chip on my shoulder is an unhealthy motivator and was wondering if any others originally felt this way and how you moved past this? Can't believe I am still thinking about this 5 months later.

Essentially CB at a tier 3 bank. Would you recommend letting future interviewers know I did not receive a RO from my SA?
