cold emailing/messaging strategy?
struck out on springs, at a top target. reaching out to smaller firms in wealth management, financial planning etc. my issue is this - I am open to interning at 3 different locations. do I email all 3 of them together or is it better to do it all separate? should I email a generic office/hr email address or email an individual employee that I may have something in common with (say, university). if the latter, should I cc the offices/hr?
alternatively, is it better to just message individual people from firms on LinkedIn?
