Cold Emails

I'm a senior from a mid-tier school. I have plenty of relevant finance experience but did not have a summer analyst position so I am now applying to full-time IB roles. While applying, I am learning how heavily banks rely solely off networking. I have never been a fan of networking, but now I know I must get into it. So on that note, any tips for cold emails? I want to start emailing HR or other workers at boutique investment banks. But what do I say? Do I just ask them about their job or do I say I am interested in working there. Any advice would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
