I had my final HR interview 2 weeks ago. The HR said after that the progress will be quite fast, and he would submit the business case for job offer approval the next day, and it should hopefully be approved on the coming Mon, which should be last Monday, so that he could call to tell me the packages, and benefits etc....but I haven't received the call since then. I actually sent an email last Thurs to follow up, but no response as well. Is it normal to have such delay ? And it doesn't look good, so I am very worried.
