Deloitte M&A (FDD) vs. PwC Accounting Advisory

Two great job offers...having trouble deciding.

Goal is to get exposure to deals/transactions and develop an understanding of the value-drivers of a business. Looking to create a foundation for an eventual move to PE, VC, Corp. Dev., etc...(realize it may be a step or two down the road). Trying to avoid the "accounting" pigeon hole.

Deloitte gig would have a TMT/Energy deal focus with Top Tier PE/corporate buyer clients (buy-side mostly, some sell-side).

PwC gig would have TMT/Biotech focus with exposure to Bay Area IPO readiness and other financing transactions.

Both are at the "senior consultant/associate" level.

Is the PwC position part of their TS group? I heard that their Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory group is more "accounting" related work than anything, but I could be wrong. I would go with Deloitte for sure since it's FDD. Since I work in FDD as well I can tell you that we do get exposure to deals, albeit more so on the pre-deal side, but we do dive into a business and try and understand it's KPI and value-drivers.
