Difficulty in Finding a Lateral Position
Hey all.
Wondering if any of you are attempting a lateral right now and how it’s going for you. Personally, I’m having a bit of a difficult time. Not looking for anything too fancy either. Currently a bit over a year into my first job in a trading support role and looking for something similar in a new firm.
Struggling to make something happen. Interviews here and there, firm dragging their feet, etc. How is the lateral attempt going for you guys? Trying to get a general state of the market..
