Do banks hold your information from spring weeks?

So I applied to Spring Weeks this year but I’m actually planning on going to a different uni next year and starting there from first year. The reason I’m able to apply right now is that I’m technically taking a year out from uni but still enrolled with the institution, so my graduation date is in 2026 allowing me to apply as a 2nd year on a 4 year course. My concern is that my previous year of study would negatively affect me for spring week applications when I apply again next year.

Therefore I have a few questions. Do banks hold the information I provided them this year and use if I apply in the future. Am I able to edit my information next year without it raising any flags? Do banks look negatively at people with a year of previous uni experience? Am I able to close my accounts, or do I make a new email and account next year.

Thanks.
