Do firms give out first rounds all at once?
I’ve noticed a lot of firms for SAs in London have given out first rounds/HVs - I’ve not heard anything back from any of these firms (I’ve got 3 rejections and ~25 radio silences at the moment)
Does not hearing back mean I’ve been dinged and they’ll send me a rejection when they do so en masse in a few months? Are they processing diversity candidates first? Is it just luck in terms of when you get a first round?
the way i think about it is "does knowing if they send out in waves or in one large batch actually matter?" Like you either get an interview or not. there is nothing you can do on your end about it so just stop thinking about it. focusing on these little details is unnecessary. live you life.
