Does UBS sponsor work visas?
I’m a UK citizen and graduated from UK uni. What are my chances I am considered for UBS IB program in NY?

If they really want you, they will sponsor your visa. Chances are low, as they will usually hire internally, then externally within the same field/location. If they need to hire abroad to bring someone there needs to be some legal involve to explain as to why the cannot find the right person within the US and needs to hire abroad. There would be a internal notice within the BB that they are looking to hire externally abroad with all the listed details and requirements including salary..which also means people in your to be team will know how much you are making. At least that's what I have seen in the BB's I been to.
