EB Corporate Banking or Boutique Investment Banking?

Hi everyone. Thanks for reading this. I always enjoy spending time on WSO and I really want to hear your insights!

I got two offers now and I cannot decide which one I should accept.

EB Corporate Banking.
For this one, I will join one team in which I will do Structured Finance&Syndicated loans. My research for this team: good deal flows/friendly environment/but support is insufficient. I know I will do Acquisition Finance in this team, will this experience help me get into M&A roles in the future?

I asked my friend (MM CB to PE) and I knew he had many good offers (IB, PE, Risk management, equity research). He suggested this one.

Boutique Investment Banking
IB is something I always pursue...but I don't have any good offers except this one. I got in touch with two guys who left this team and I received all negative views: Not good exits/toxic environment/not enough bonus so every junior left last year...but it is ib anyway.

All advice/opinions are welcome and I appreciate them all. Thanks!
