Economic Consultant vs Market Operations Analyst?

Hi, currently a 2nd year Econ + Finance student at University of Bristol. Majority of people in my position are currently applying to and getting accepted to summer analyst roles at BB banks in London, however for personal reasons I wish to spend summer at home in Belfast and take next academic year out of university in a semi relevant placement year role. I'm currently fairly far into the application process for a Market Operations Analyst placement at Citi and an Economics + Policy Consultant placement at PwC. In general,(and especially if a role in IB is something i'm aspiring to after university) which placement would you regard as being better?
