First job outside of audit help

Hi all,

I am a newly qualified accountant and ready to move on from audit. I have been offered two positions below

Corporate finance (Non-London)

  • Top 25 firm (so making a step down)
  • Slight pay cut but I do get overtime and there's room to progress
  • They review models rather making their own

Group accountant (London)

  • 40% pay increase
  • Role is a mixture of standard accounting with aspects of modelling and forecasting
  • Company has a great culture
  • Maybe slightly inexperienced for the role as some aspects I only studied in my ACA but haven't applied

I believe the first position outside of audit is so important, so quite stressed about it, What are people thoughts?
