FP&A job in London vs MM IB job in a much smaller city

Hi, I am currently based in London working in fp&a but I would like to transition to M&A. Recently I’ve got a job offer at MM IB in a small EU country. Based on all the info I know about them it seems like they get decent deal flow and I am sure I could learn a lot. My problem is I don’t want to leave London. Hence, I don’t what should I do continue living in London and doing fp&a (which I am not passionate about) or take a risk accept an IB job try to learn a lot and after couple of years attempt to move back. What would you do? Thanks,
