Gaming DEI

As somoene who is completely against DEI (even though depending on the region I'm considered diverse), I wondered about stretching (lying) about diversity, since in the UK, were I'm applying is completely protected and anonymous. From the data I've seen, except for sex which obviously I can't lie, most of the advantage is at the interview stage (making it even more racist), but I still believe it should help a bit identifying as black or bisexual, and there's seemingly no downside. Any thoughts?
