Help me with exit options

So I'm nearly through my second year at a decently regarded MM bank. Have focused on M&A and gained solid transaction experience. I'm looking to switch jobs in Summer 2011 and would be grateful for your advice. My goal is to find a position that would be good for a top b-school (HSW) and also give me some semblance of a life back. Prospects so far are:

1) Associate at non-profit org - >4bn AUM, fund of funds strategy. Would be only person supporting PM

2) Analyst at another MM bank in Lev Fin group - not BB but one of the top Lev Fin groups. Probably long hours but would set me up pretty well in terms of skill set

3) Analyst at MM PE fund - relatively unknown name, ~1bn AUM.

4) Associate at secondary PE shop - they buy port cos from PE funds to help them gain liquidity.

5) Analyst at regional boutique - same thing I'm doing now but with much smaller deals. Hours would be 9-7, no weekends.
