Help selecting first job. IB vs IR vs Corp Dev/Strat

Hey guys, would appreciate some insight on my current FT opportunities. Just finished up an internship with a f4-500 in corp dev. I was hoping for a corp dev offer, but they said they only have a FDP program available (reserved for candidates they see as high portential(not sure if HR is BSing me on this part or not)). Would be a rotation through finance/treasury/fp&a and a few others.

Other opportunities: Corp Dev at a different f4-500 company Corp Strat at a different f4-500 company Blackstone BAAM IRBD (pending interview)(Not sure how to feel about this one. good name but investor relations?) Investment banking with a 1 man shop (previous VP at CS for 4 years then director at MM for 8 years. started his own shop and has done 4 deals in the past 15 months totaling ~250mm) Group One trading (pending interview) Option to pursue PHD in statistics (hopefully end up at HF/cushy quant roll)

I have a strong interest in M&A and wanted to go IB->PE but not sure if that is feasible anymore with my school situation. Any direction would help on this!
