Help with choosing job offer

Hi Everyone,

1 insurance firm that only invests in financial products and offers unique investments. Founded by MDs with 20 years of experience in Goldman and Nomura ( analyst role)

2. right hand of CEO and lead projects globally and help him with all market research and investment analysis and work with all management of the subsidiaries globally. The firm has a Market Cap of 280 mil and is in the tech industry, growing super quick.

I want to eventually work in Private Equity / Hedge Fund, but that might change. Just graduating from my masters in finance at target uni now.

Please help me decide on the offer, since the first one sounds classic finance. The second is more advanced and requires a lot more industry experience, but I managed to get through because I had a referral and can potentially turn out to be very interesting and unique.

Thanks !!!
