High School Summer Internships - Should it be put on the CV?

Hi all,

I have a summer internship in high school at an insurance company (which was obtained through nepotism). Should this be put on my CV when applying for London summer internships? Will it be looked down upon to the point where it would be better not to include it?

Cheers.

I mean it would be very obvious that I got it through nepotism which I'm curious as to whether the UK is against that sort of thing. Just asking

Without it I wouldn't have much on my CV which is why ideally I'd like to include it if the nepotism aspect isn't frowned upon.

Thanks for your response btw.
