HLHZ second-round and CS Zurich

Hey, I have a second-round with HLHZ on Friday in DC with the ADG group. Do you guys know what I should expect. I've read good things about HLHZ in the Vault guides but there are a lot of negative comments on the msg board. What is the rep of HLHZ and what are the exit opportunities? The ADG group is supposed to be good, thoughts?

Also, I have offers from CS Zurich (Switzerland), Baird London, assuming I get HLHZ what would you choose. I want to go into PE after 2-3 as an analyst.

What is ADG? I am not familiar with the group.

It depends on what you're looking for...

People like to badmouth banks they can't get interviews with, but HL is definitely the top middle market bank out there. Great restructuring and FAS groups.

It's hard to compare middle market with bulge bracket, because its really all preference. It's even harder to compare an international bulge bracket office to middle market. What are you looking for in an office/experience?
