How do I talk about winter/spring insight IB participation?

I was invited to a sophomore winter insight program by a bank (not a diversity program). I got to go to the bank's head office and meet some M&A people. My question is, do I talk about this in interviews, or do I put this on my resume?

I'm not in the UK (I go to a semi-target in the US) but what I attended is analogous to the spring insight days they have there. I mention this because those are somewhat serious/meaningful programs and I heard some people put them on their resume.

As I go into the SA 2023 recruiting cycle, I want to make my app as competitive as possible. I have a pretty good resume otherwise (internship for this summer at a bank in CIB, school extracurriculars, college sport, etc.) but maybe this is something I should add? I don't want to look like a moron though. Maybe instead of an entry I could put it down at the bottom with other achievements.

And, (how) would I talk about this in an interview?

Let me know what y'all think.

You can put it as 1 line on your resume but not as "work experience" - I think the Other / Additional info section is the right home for this

- BB Bank: Sophomore Winter Insight (Feb 2022) - One of XX candidates invited to XX city for 3 days, attended symposium led by M&A team on XX topics

something like that, make the wording more specific to your experience. And I'd only do this for truly selective programs where they fly you up, whatever GS calls their online program in the summer is not the same for anyone reading this in the future
