How do you lateral (London)
Hey everyone I’m a second year analyst working at a small specialist boutique think on the size of GP Bullhound.
I’m looking to transition to a bigger platform but have no idea about to go about doing this. I don’t get very many messages from recruiters maybe 1/2 a week.
What’s the typically way analysts in London move around is it through headhunters / internal network? Is there any way to maximise my chances of moving
