How do you make a bank list?
Beginning my recruiting for 2025 SA roles but I'm not entirely sure where to start. I want to make a short list (8-10) banks where I truly intend on actually networking and recruiting for but i'm not sure how to do so. I have a few banks in the back of my mind but when actually conducting research it feels like i'm just getting all the same information from each bank.
How can I make this easier? I want to lay out my banks like targets, reaches, and "safeties." Trying to focus on a tech group on the east coast.
