How should 1 month experiences be formatted on a CV?

Hi, I am currently applying for spring weeks in the UK and have been told by career centre people at my school that if i have work experience that has lasted 1 week - 1 month i should write it down as e.g. "07/2022 - 07/2022" instead of purely the month "July 2022". Which one would be better given that the rest of my CV is in numerical form "07/2021 - 09/2023"
Thank you

I think that looks better. As long as the formatting is consistent across the board, shouldn’t be too much of an issue. Though tbf I’m not an associate or anything and have no insight into the hiring process. Just what I’ve picked up from career center info, and alumni/mentors, is that consistency and conciseness is king.
