Working in real estate debt - find it boring and too simple. I would be open to literally anything in finance, what is there/ how can i break out of my current role?

Gotta figure out what you what to do first. Work is always going to be somewhat boring but what do you want in your next role?
Part time masters won't help at all. MBA is the only school-related trigger that will really help, but that is expensive and if you're not looking to be in IB/PE, probably overkill
