How to explain non-convertible summer on resume in future applications / for future recruiters
Struck out this summer, got a few AC's, but have ended up with a summer at a small but well-known credit fund (well known to other credit firms and rx groups.) They've made it clear it's non-convertible. How to explain on CV that it was non-convertible? How bad is this for future applications (will re-recruit for summers/ OC's)
No need to explain on the CV/Resume, if they ask during interviews say you wished you could've stayed but unfortunately they didn't have space for FT roles.
I didn't convert to FT last summer and no one asked so no one really cares.
