How to Hirevue?

Hey monkeys, 

I have had to network to get the internships I have completed previously or cold-call. I really want to be making in-person interviews at EBs/BBs as in-person interviews are my strong suit.

What is the hack for hirevues? They are limiting all my applications so hard.

I have tried everything from moving my hands, not memorising answers and speaking normally, practising for hours recording myself. I do not want to make the mistake of failing hirevue's as it is somewhat ruining me mentally as I know if I got a telephone interview or a in person interview I would get the next round/job. 

Also any tips on the verbal reasoning/logic/math assessments given before HV would be really useful.
