IBD SA London After Rejection

Guys,

Would appreciate some thoughts from anyone who's been in a similar situation. I did my summer internship in IBD at a BB bank in London and I didn't get an offer (I had good reviews so I guess the reason was the non-coincidence of my preference and the bank's). I told them I'm gonna do MSc for a year so I was told I can apply for another summer next year, but I still haven't heard from them and my application's status is 'under consideration'. I know I have almost no chances, but still any previous experience you could share with would be appreciated.
