Importance of Internships for IB
Hi. I am going to do an undergraduate degree (haven't decided where but have Cambridge and LSE offers), and was wondering how important it is to be able to find summer internships during your time at university and whether it will be a big deciding factor for when banks are deciding which applicant to pick during the recruitment process, or if stuff like your interviews or University grade and such will be more important factors. I was also planning on doing a masters in Finance and was wondering if an internship would be more important at such a stage.
Thank you!
