In need of Advice

Hello fellow monkeys I am attempting to enter into IB preferably in London. I am currently working for the T.A.S. department of an accountancy firm in Greece, I have an MSc in Finance form Alliance Manchester Business School (graduated 2019) and my undergrad was in Greece. How can i boost my chances to secure a role in IB , given that recruitment season is coming up should i give it a go , or should i try going for an MBA n a couple of years ( my firm is paying for my cfa if that matters for anything ) and try my luck for summer associate positions. I am unable to attach my CV for some reason so i might have to edit this later or answer pms , Thanks in advance
