Info about PwC FDnA (Financial Decision and Analysis) ?

Hello Everyone,

Could anyone tell me about the Financial Decision and Analysis Team in PwCTransaction Services? There is very little information about them online.

I understand that there are into hardcore financial modelling, but it seems that they also do a fair bit of post transaction modelling and advisory. Is this true? Do they primarily serve PE clients as an outsourced operations team? Has anyone gone through the interview process for a role there? What do they look for in their candidates? To me, it appears to be a blend of valuations and management consulting.

I'm very interested in moving to an in-house operations team at a Private Equity in the future. Would something like this open those doors for me in the future?

I would really appreciate any information you can provide me, especially about the London office and their hiring practices.

Thanks!
