Integrated Masters (with year abroad)

I have offers from both Imperial (4 year integrated masters with a year abroad included in the 4 years) and LSE (Maths with Data Science).

I want to enter quant/pe/hf (haven't decided yet) and am interested in working abroad.

Is 1 year abroad good enough to network to get a full time job after? The program offers a year in MIT which interests me.

I'm not sure which course to pick either. Both look interesting.

Any advice appreciated.
