Do banks have a process for referring candidates when applying for internships etc. ?
If so does anyone know banks who have done this in the past? If its not a common thing then it would be great to find out rather than trying to ask bankers for something that isnt a thing.

Thanks Pan. Have you heard of any banks that have any sort of internal referral network?
There are referral networks, but they don't have much influence on the outcome of applications - there are of course exceptions to this.
it works for mid market banks and some EBs.
