Internship - am I eligible?

I just finished my undergraduate degree. Due to unexpected circumstances I won’t be starting my Master’s degree this September. Can I still apply for internships for Summer 2023? If not, what other types of opportunities do you think I would have a better chance with? I have a pretty strong CV regardless. I am mainly interested in S&T because that’s where I have other work experiences as well.

Also I am talking about UK opportunities because this is where I am based.

It's on a bank by bank basis I believe, as some will offer final year internships and some exclusively penultimate. Just depends on the bank
