Internship Decision

I have the chance to do a 12 month internship in a leading corporate finance firm within my country or a MM PE firm. Both have strong level of activity but are probably not well known brands outside of my country. I am a sophomore in college and hope to obtain a summer analyst position in IB next summer (2024).

Which opportunity do you think would be best to choose given my goals. I can give further descriptions of the roles in comments.

Where is the MM PE internship? Is that also 12 months?

Generally international internships are heavily discounted so I would tend to advise not spending 12 months on a no-name internship if you're also having to take that time off of school. Since the corp fin internship is not a brand name outside of your country I would go with MM PE as it's more relevant for IB
