Internship for College Freshmen?

Looking to have something to do during the daytime this summer and learn more about the industry/connect with people. Going to a top 5 B school for undergrad. How should I be looking for these internships? Anything from IB, PE, consulting, or RE is great. Just trying to get some insight and a resume field.

Believe me I was just as eager as you but my best advice would just be to wait for next summer. Do a bunch of reading, follow the markets, and find out how to get into the relevant clubs at your school

Would have to agree here. Do your best to join the premier investment club - and start reading.

Either way, enjoy your damn summer - it might be the last one you have off.

Cold email regional boutique firms to see if they're taking summer interns (you can find them on LinkedIn). It's a little late but definitely do-able, just keep sending out emails, it's a numbers game. Good luck!
