Investment Grade Bond Syndicate Summer Analyst Interview Prep?

I came across a job posting for an Investment Grade Bond Syndicate Summer Analyst position and was interested. How should I prepare for this interview? There is a ton of stuff out there for M&A IB interviews, but little for the Capital Markets side. Also, does anyone know the all-in expected comp for this role? Given a base of 100k, would 130-140k for a first year analyst be accurate?

Capital markets comp is usually similar to coverage, especially at the junior level.

Bond syndicate is the team that is in charge of actually selling the underwritten bonds and prices them based on demand. So you should be expected to know how the credit market is currently - such as where rates might be going, how existing bonds are currently trading, and the general macroeconomic environment. Also would be good to have an idea of how the syndication process works, and how bonds are priced during an offering.
