Is Operations as bad as this forum makes it out to be?
From browsing this forum, I always thought operations was impossible to break out of. However, I've been networking a lot recently and I've came across quite a few profiles of people who broke out of ops roles into front office roles - at top firms as well. So how impossible actually is this to do?
Very rarely is anything as bad as this forum suggests.
