Job market in the US for internationals with MS

Hi everyone. I’m a student originally from Central Europe but have been living in London for the past year for work. I graduated from a mid target school in Europe where I did a double BBA & MSc degree. I have the following experience

  • Big 4 transaction advisory & financial modelling/valuation internship (central Europe)

  • Boutique European consulting internship (Western Europe)

  • Portfolio valuation internship at a private debt/equity development bank internship (London)

  • LMM Real Estate PE internship (London)

I have a full time offer to join my fund and I’m close to accepting. I’m hesitant due to a combination of horrible hours (+100 per week consistently) and incompetent management. My other option is an MS programme in Real Estate or Finance at an Ivy League uni in the US. I have a full scholarship for 2 semester and will pay for the third. I’m curious about the prospects of employment for an international student like me. I’m well aware that the MSc path in the US is very different from Europe so I’m not sure how well I’d do with that degree.

I don’t know if it makes a difference but I speak a lot of languages including French, Spanish, Swedish, and Italian.

Appreciate any insight!!
