Description
As an Operations Manager - Accounts Receivable, you will play a pivotal role within our Finance division by leading and developing a team of finance & CICM professionals, team leaders and support staff. This is an opportunity for you to drive results, motivate others and manage the progression of our processes.
Finance makes an invaluable contribution to our strategic development, decision-making and improvement initiatives. They work closely with stakeholders, as well as with our global supply chain.
Key Accountabilities
- Prioritise and delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring delivery against service level agreements.
- Maintain control over the financial integrity of the processes.
- Ensure a consistent customer service is provided to satisfy every customer every time.
- Drive forward, at pace, process improvement to optimise the processes.
- Manage continued expansion of the scope of service through migrations.
Qualifications
- Either be MCICM qualified or a qualified accountant.
- Have a keen interest in improvement and process compliance.
- Be committed to service delivery and have strong people skills.
- A self-starter who can demonstrate ability to deliver.
