been recruiting for FT2023 and had a ton of networking calls which led to like 10 SDs. Ton of people said to reach back out as hiring needs might change in Q1/Q2 especially with ANs leaving after bonuses. I have no idea how to write an email to them without sounding weird / just using them for hiring. Should I tell them how my last semester went or what I am up to now? im so lost please help lol
