Keeping in Touch/Maintaining Network for a Lateral Move

Hi All, I'm coming to the end of a 4yr school leaver program with my bank. I finish with various qualifications that leave me a bit more qualified than most grads on paper, though I lack any front office internships etc. I'm hoping to lateral to something in IBD (currently Markets ops.) once this finishes and have been doing quite well in terms of networking and getting informational interviews, particularly internally.

However, I'm constrained in that I can't move until my program actually finishes and as a result, I'm finding it hard to keep in touch with a lot of these people over the longer term. I don't want to have to try and pick things up 6-12 months down the line when they've forgotten about me, so need to find good excuses to reach out and chat/have coffee etc.

Not sure if anyone out there may have been in a similar situation, but appreciate any advice you might have anyway.
