landing a first ib internship with only wealth management experience

Hello all.

I'm currently unsure about my next steps.

I'll be graduating in the UK this summer having completed two internships during my studies, both in Wealth Management. They were both fairly competitive roles at BBs, working in the front-office as a Relationship Manager/Client Advisor for the uhnw. However, as many of you guys, I've realised my interest lies more in investment banking.

Now, as a graduating student, I'm concerned about my options. It seems I may not qualify for many investment banking internships anymore, and securing a full-time position without prior experience seems challenging. So, what should I do next?
Should I consider applying for a one-year master's program just so I can apply for summer analyst positions next year, however with no guarantee I will land anything.  Or what would be the best way to gain this first experience after having already graduated.

Thank you.
