Lateral as post MBA associate for exit ops?
Should I move from a lower tier BB (DB/UBS) to an EB as a post MBA associate? I likely won’t stay in IB long enough to get to VP but unsure if it is worth making the move after only 1 year in IB and then switching jobs again in 1 or 2 years.
Did you just start on the desk or did you graduate in 2020?
