Lateral recruiting: How long to hear back after final round
At my current IB, I've been involved with the recruiting process for our graduates and after the final round we usually give out offers the next day. However, I'm unsure how it works for lateral positions.
I had a final round with an EB for a lateral associate position on the 1st April, however I have not heard back yet. I went through the process with a headhunter and they never replied to my email asking for an update. I assume this means a rejection?
