Hey guys - I’m at a mm bank in New York. Been here for almost a year and considering making the jump to another bank for various reasons. Wondering if anyone has any color on the lateraling market right now and how difficult it would be to make a move. Thanks in advance!

No shot lateraling right now. Firms are not looking for entry or lateral analysts from what I'm seeing. Associates and VP's there seem to be some positions though. Until deal flow picks back up, it doesn't seem like the lateral market is that hot
