How hard is it to lateral from big 4 corporate finance or m&a at a mid tier accounting firm like BDO? It seems I may end up there and ideally I'd like to lateral to a decent MM bank or a solid boutique with a year or two. On a side note, does anyone know what the pay is like at the accounting firms?
