Lateraling into Credit PE or S&T fulltime after product group BB NY SA24

Hi everyone, so I landed a product group (syndication/securitization/DCM) at a BB in NY for SA24 and was wondering how realistic it is to re recruit fulltime at a credit PE fund or transition to S&T at the same or different bank?
